Our goal is to make EV charging available without the need for major investment. To that end we offer different partnership models for clients with very diverse real estate portfolios. We have already attained the status of #1 choice for EV charging solutions among real estate funds in the Baltics.

Charging as a Service.

Fully functional EV charging infrastructure provided on a monthly fee basis. With minimum-to-none initial CAPEX investment from the client, we install and operate the infrastructure while also taking care of insurance, maintenance and payment management.

Financing model.

For prime location partners we provide installation and operation of charging stations at no cost. The location owner receives a share of charging revenue and transforms the parking lot into a revenue source with 0 expenses.

Ownership model.

Client acquires a charging system with a full two-year warranty. Full ownership is available with or without our full range of services: installation, intelligent management, operation and transaction management.

Hybrid model.

We are open to discuss any combinations or alterations of the above models to adjust to any real estate portfolio and client business needs.
